I was given nicely furnished and good sized room with towels as well as lesser quality. The location of the property was excellent and incredible, very close to the center.
Nothing that i didnt like.

Enjoyed the room with very thoughtful touches throughout, my bed was very clean. A real coffee, ample tea, and a lounge area were great. Ideal and easy location next to a nice park, met required needs. The breakfast was fantastic, I will come back.

Thank you very much for a perfect 10/10 stay for two nights. They provide croissants, toast, and breads, that is delicious. The venue is placed in a very central position right in the centre of Exeter. And it's near to Exeter Central railroad station, the central shopping district, and sights.
Views are not so nice.

The location was comfortable and ideal, within a close distance from an old priory. By the way, a garden and a park where next to the place.
